consults on product design, making sure those ‘little touches’ are evident in every home;
she manages the contract negotiations between her buyers and agents (making sure
everyone is happy!); and she keeps her eye on the details of every part of the creation process.
Sindy’s well-over 30 years of experience has made her a well-respected leader in the homebuilding community
and her reputation for integrity and fairness is without question. Lawson Homes wouldn't be what it is today without the

Jack Clifton
Jack is the backbone of the development and building at Lawson Homes and his fingerprint
is on every community and home they create! Known for his exacting detail and love
for ‘dirt,’ Jack is a natural when it comes to creating, planning, and attending to the details
of his communities and his homes. He not only manages the day-to-day activities of the field
personnel but he works tirelessly alongside his team to create innovative product and flawless design.
It is his decades long career as a leader in homebuilding, engineering and landscape design and management
that has made Jack a natural success in the creation of communities and the building of homes.
Steve Lawson
Steve leads from a different position within the company. While Sindy and Jack guide
the day-to-day operations, design, planning and sales, Steve sharpens his pencil and keeps
his finger on the pulse of what is happening in the homebuilding business across the nation.
His natural talent for understanding the sometimes complex world of financing, government
regulations and overall management needs, has continued to enable Lawson Companies and Lawson Homes
to remain on the cutting edge of property management, land development and home building. His leadership
