As young professionals, October is appealing because of the flexibility and simplicity of the community. The homes are very well built with many extras. October gives first time homeowners the opportunity to have a very nice and affordable home. We looked at homes in three different cities, but everything that was nice was not affordable and everything that was affordable was a fixer-upper. October has given us the opportunity to own a nice brand new home that we can raise our beautiful daughter in.
